Lower Merion High School student Blake Robbins, then 15, charged in an explosive civil-rights lawsuit filed in February that the district used its remote tracking technology to spy on him inside his home.
Later evidence unearthed in the case showed that he was photographed 400 times in a two-week period, sometimes as he slept in his bedroom, according to his lawyer, Mark Haltzman.

Use a FREE webcam crawler site: If your camera's image is already hosted at a URL, or a static image is available via an IP address accessible from the outside world, but you'd rather another other website foot the bandwidth and archives, you can use a site like Look (part of Webcams. They will archive your webcam hourly for the last 24 hours, daily for the last month, and monthly for the last 12 months, though you'll have to link to their site for the archive.
